Postage costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:

When you spend from €50,- you pay no shipping costs Under €50,- you pay €4.95

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands (euro 1 countries*):

When you spend from € 100,- you pay no shipping costs When spending under € 100,- you pay: Up to 2 kg and without track & trace €8.95 Between 2 kg and 5 kg you pay €18.50 With the exception of shipments up to 2 kg outside the Netherlands to the euro 1 zone, all shipments are with track and trace.

*Euro 1 countries are:

Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France, (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), United Kingdom (excl. Gibraltar and the Channel Islands), Sweden. Note: For all countries that are not listed above, please contact us via the contact form.

Return shipping and costs

You can return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt. This is only possible if the product(s) are in original condition and in the original packaging.

Warranty seal

Our items are packed in transparent packaging with a guarantee seal. If this seal is broken or the transparent packaging is damaged, the right to return also lapses and the purchase is final.

Customization

Unfortunately, items made to order cannot be exchanged.

How do I return my product(s)?

Step 1

Contact Petit Cato within 14 days of receiving your product(s).

Step 2

Return your product within 14 days. If the consumer makes use of his right of return, the maximum costs of return will be for his account.

Step 3

After receipt, Petit Cato checks the return shipment. If this is in order and you have already paid, Petit Cato will refund the purchase amount to you within 5 working days. If you have not paid yet, you will receive a credit note.
